We are a commercial business enterprise and we are working towards developing human resources and create self-employments in order to expand the business and aim to:
•Represent member’s interests, offer networking and other events where they can meet other likeminded enterprises or organizations that are of similar business
• Secure value added or discounted benefits for members.
We are a membership enterprise run by our members and as such there will be a quarterly (Last Sunday of every three months) membership meeting convened by the Secretary on the orders of the Chief Technology Officer and the secretary must give at least one week notice in phone calls or text messages of such a membership meeting and include the proposed agenda
•The one week shall run from the day immediately following the starting of the third month
•Notice shall be deemed to have been received by a member through phone call or text message
•The agenda shall be determined by the Chief Technology Officer and the Secretary in consultation with the other members who may submit matters for inclusion on the agenda
•The person chairing the membership meeting shall announce these additional matters at the start of the meeting. The membership meeting itself shall decide whether to accept such additional matters for inclusion on the agenda. The Enterprise Membership Shall Call an Extraordinary Membership Meeting:
