Dr. Martin Y. Kamara

President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) manages the institute's overall business operations. He develops and executes strategic plans to steer the institute's direction and promote growth. The CEO also leads, mentors, and evaluates the performance of executive leaders to ensure the institute meets its goals. Furthermore, the CEO interacts with government officials and the public, analyzes market competition, stays informed on industry trends, and oversees potential risks to secure the institute’s long-term success.

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for designing and implementing business operations to ensure efficiency across the institute. The COO establishes policies that promote a company culture that aligns with the organization's vision and oversees the work of executives and employees. Additionally, the COO performs any other duties the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) assigns to support the institute's overall success.

Chief Technology Officer and Director of Technology and Services
As the institute’s director of technology and services, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology for external customers, vendors, and clients to improve and grow the business. He also manages internal IT operations, ensuring the technical side of the business runs smoothly. This includes monitoring network system efficiency to ensure stable and efficient business functions. Additionally, the CTO serves as one of the signatories for the Rogbaneh Institute of Information and Communication Technology account.

Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO), holding the highest-ranking financial position in the company, serves as the principal signatory for the Rogbaneh Institute of Information and Communication Technology's account. The CFO oversees the institute's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. He is responsible for maintaining and improving the institute's financial health by tracking revenue and expenses. Additionally, the CFO acts as the liaison between the institute and financial institutions, making recommendations to the CEO and COO and implementing financial decisions to strengthen the institute’s financial standing.

​Public Relations Officer (PRO) and Secretary General
As the institute’s Secretary General, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) is responsible for the general administration of the Rogbaneh Institute of Information and Communication Technology. His duties include maintaining the membership register, recording meeting attendance, and organizing catering for meetings when needed. The PRO also oversees the organization of social events when necessary. Additionally, he serves as one of the signatories for the institute's account.

Deputy Head of Department (H.O.D), Application Package
The Deputy Head of Department (Application Software) in Information Technology (IT) is there to assist the Head of Department in the overall management and operations of the IT department. He assists in the development and implementation of IT strategies, polices, and procedures and overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the IT department including managing staff and resources. Deputy Head of Department collaborate with other department to ensure that technical support and guidance is provided to it staff and end users. He participates in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of IT staff. Moreover, He serves as an intermediary between tutors and the students (trainees) in the absence of the Head of Department.

Head of Graphic Design Department
As the Head of Graphic Design Department, his primary responsibility is to ensure the effective management and smooth operation of the department. He collaborates with faculty and staff to develop creative and engaging programs that help students excel in graphic design. He oversees resources, ensure the necessary tools are available, and support staff in delivering high-quality education.
Additionally, He plays a key role in the recruitment and development of staff, providing guidance to ensure they are well-equipped to teach and mentor students. His focus is on fostering a learning environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and the development of essential design skills.

Head of Department (HOD), Application Software
The Head of department (Application Software) is there to coordinate the activities in his department. He also provides in-service training to his members in a bid to improve on the methodology and professionalism in the aspect of lesson delivery. He prepares and updates the teaching and learning materials so that they can match up to standards with the recent trend of technological advancement. He is also responsible to manage, lead and develop the department to ensure it achieves the highest possible standards of excellence in all its activities. He also guides students to be prepared and comfortable in learning the concept of ICT, as he builds confidence in minds of the students. In sum, he serves as an intermediary between the students and the tutors or trainers.

Auxiliary Tutor and Business Sales Manager
As a Salesman in ICT, He plays a crucial role in promoting and selling Information and Communication Technology (ICT) at the RIICT computer school products and services. He is responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet their requirements. He is skilled at communicating effectively with customers, building relationships, and closing sales. His knowledge of ICT products and services, as well as his ability to effectively communicate with customers, are crucial in this role. Also, as an Auxiliary Tutor, He is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to students in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). He is knowledgeable in a variety of ICT topics and is skilled at troubleshooting issues and resolving problems.

Deputy Public Relations Officer and Auxiliary Tutor
As a Deputy Public Relations Officer, he is responsible for managing the institute's public relations efforts using computer technology. He is skilled at utilizing computers to create and distribute press releases, manage social media accounts, and track media coverage. He is also adept at maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders and communicating effectively with a variety of audiences.
Also as an Auxiliary Tutor, his role involves assisting in teaching others how to use computers and computer software, including creating lesson plans, teaching classes, and providing technical support to students in ICT.
Miss Nancy Y. Turay

Senior Assistance Tutor
As an Assistance Computer Tutor in Microsoft Office package at Rogbaneh Institute of Information Communication and Technology (RIICT), She plays a crucial role in helping students to learn and become proficient in a variety of Microsoft Office applications. She is responsible for providing support and assistance to students as they navigate the intricacies of Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint etc. She is knowledgeable in the various features and functions of each application and is skilled at troubleshooting issues and resolving problems as they arise. He is able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, making her an invaluable resource for students who are new to Microsoft Office or who are looking to improve their skills.

As the Head of Department in the field of Hardware in Computer at the Rogbaneh Institute of Information Communication and Technology (RIICT), he oversees the day-to-day operations of the department and ensure that it is running efficiently. He is also responsible for managing staff, setting goals and objectives for the department, allocating resources, and overseeing the implementation of strategies and initiatives to achieve those goals. His role as the Head of Department in Hardware in Computer at RIICT is also responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of hardware systems and equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues as they arise, and finally gives advice on the uses of the devices in the lab.

Deputy Head of Department in Hardware
The Deputy Head of Department in Hardware Maintenance plays a key role in supporting the Head of Department in managing, maintenance and operations of the hardware systems within the institute. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of hardware maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient functioning of all hardware components. Key responsibilities include overseeing the daily maintenance activities, coordinating the repair and replacement of hardware, and managing the inventory of equipment and tools. The Deputy works closely with other departments to ensure all hardware systems are optimized and functioning properly, providing technical support and guidance to both staff and end users under the technical advice of the Head of Department.
About Us

The Rogbaneh Institute of Information and Communication Technology began modestly with a single block space, four students, and two computers. The school operates in two shifts morning and evening sessions offering flexibility for students. The institute is supported by a team of competent and dedicated staff who are committed to enhancing the academic strength of the school. As the institute grows, students are admitted into various programs, and after completing their studies, graduates are encouraged to return for practical work in the lab to develop their skills further. Although the institute faces some challenges, progress is being made with the support of international partners, allowing for gradual improvement in its operations.
